Tax Benefit Giving
Most forms of Giving qualify for tax benefits.
Many who believe in supporting our programs use the following to make gifts and will need our Tax ID Number to make their gift:

1. Matching Gifts: Many companies offer programs where they match their employees' charitable donations, usually up to a certain amount. This allows employees to double or even triple the impact of their contributions.
2. IRA Gifts (Individual Retirement Account Gifts): Individuals aged 70½ or older can make qualified charitable distributions (QCDs) directly from their IRA to eligible charitable organizations without paying income tax on the distribution.
3. DAF Gifts (Donor-Advised Fund Gifts): A donor-advised fund is a charitable investment account designed to simplify charitable giving. Donors can contribute to the fund and receive an immediate tax deduction, then recommend grants to their favorite charities over time.
These giving options are often grouped together because they involve ways for individuals to give through their workplace or financial institutions, often with tax benefits or incentives. However, the specific terminology may vary depending on the organization or context.
